Registrations for CLL Summer Institutes are processed on a first come, first serve basis. Space is limited for quality education and early registration is advised.
Registration fees must be paid in full in order to secure a seat. The registration form is available online; however, the fees must be paid via MasterCard or Visa (by calling the CLL office), or by check.
A letter will be sent to you confirming your registration and reservation. If you do not receive a letter in due time or have further questions, please call 919-966-3638 or email at nursing_ce@unc.edu.
If you need to cancel your registration you must do so by calling or emailing the CLL office. If the cancellation is made 31 days or more prior to the start date of the program, registration fees shall be refunded less an administrative fee of 25% of the total cost of the program. If the cancellation is made 30 days or less prior to the start of the program, no refund shall be granted. Any costs incurred by the registrant, such as airline penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant.
If you register but are unable to attend, we welcome substitutes. Please call or email the CLL office in advance to notify us of this change. The substitute person must complete a registration form for the institute. Depending on space availability, you can switch to another institute. Any difference in registration fees will be due at the time of the switch.
